Cranleigh is approx. 10 miles to the south of Guildford and is purported to be the largest village in the country. It has a strong sense of community and is the hub for the smaller outlying villages; such a Ewhurst, Rudgwick, Alfold and Loxwood.  It offers a comprehensive range of facilities, including a health centre, library and leisure centre, as well a thriving High Street with a range of independent shops and traders.

There are many good reasons to choose to live here, but here are just three of them. Firstly, the choice of good schools available at primary and secondary level in the various villages. Secondly, the stunning countryside that surrounds us, which includes the Surrey Hills and The Downs Link, which are both accessible to the public for walking, biking and horse riding. Thirdly, these villages offer a wide choice of property, ranging from period cottages to modern builds, in locations that are within a walk of shops and schools, to those that are in the ‘middle of nowhere’.
